John Daghita (@lick), who stole $40M from the US government, launched $LICK on pumpfun while live streaming in his Telegram channel (now deleted).
He held 40% of the supply, actively sending tokens out to numerous randomly selected persons that provided their address in the channel comment section.
The case of John "Lick" Daghita" originates from an in-depth investigation by Zachxbt on January 23 and 25.
