Do We Draw the Line

Six suspected insiders made $1.2M betting on a US strike on Iran

Most of these wallets:

• were funded in the last 24h
• specifically bet for February 28
• bought "yes" hours before the strike

Our post got picked up and shared by U.S. Senator Chris Murphy, who was raising concerns surrounding war-related betting. See his post here.

Investigation Insider Trading = Not Smart

One week ago, ZachXBT published an investigation surrounding an insider-trading ("WheresBroox") employee of Axiom.

in the days and hours before ZachXBT published his, many where guessing who it might be, many began betting on prediction markets, hoping to get rewarded for their suspicions around different companies.

One trader seemed suspiciously convinced of which company it was about, and managed to score $400K winnings using Polymarket. We looked further into it.

We found a connection between WheresBroox and the #1 Polymarket trader who made $400k betting on the ZachXBT investigation.

Wallet 0x054e bet $212k on "Yes" for Axiom at $0.33

This wallet:
> Became this market's top holder
> Won $421k on this trade

Note: This wallet also bought "No" shares, which is common amongst insiders to ward off detection.
